Xi Chapter House Closed Indefinitely

Greetings all -

Due to the closing of Carolina's campus to students and non-essential personnel we at SAANC are taking the extraordinary measure of closing the Xi Chapter House.

Active chapter members who may have personal items at the Hall must retrieve them before 5pm on Friday, March 20th. (If possible, please remove perishable food from the pantry and refrigerator and place outside in the trash if it will not be taken with you.) No members - active or alumni - will be permitted into the house or onto the property for any reason without prior approval from SAANC (specifically as of 5th April 2020: Bill Waring, SAANC chair; Joy Jennings, SAANC president; or David Joyner, SAANC VP of Physical Plant).

The combination lock on the front door will be changed.

At the moment, the only approved renovation activity for roof replacement is currently on hold, although discussions for proceeding with both roof replacement and general renovations are continuing.
